In the expansive library of Styx, Cirion bid his farewells and wished Azrael and Lucia good tidings in their new life.

Styx, Miphon, Lucia, and Azrael watched as Cirion leapt from the window into the great beyond in search of his new life.

After Cirion was nothing but a speck in the sky and Styx and Miphon had departed the library, Azrael walked to the window. Lucia walked to his side and laid her head on his shoulder. Together, they looked down at the floating island of Darbonne.

Inside the first aid station, Ate, Cueball, and Smirk said their goodbyes and left in search of another adventure. Sven got up from his seat, saluted everyone, and made his way back to his encampment. Kaerith and Electra departed with Ryoga for the island of Angelesey, in search of a new adventure as well. Min, who was the last to depart, nodded to Gohan before he returned to the monastery to continue his training.

Gohan sat by himself at the table that had once been the gathering point of many adventures. He looked down at the table top, then stood and walked slowly to the entrance of the first aid station. He stopped for a moment once he reached the doors and looked back at the table he had been sitting at a few moments before. Then he turned and walked out of the building for the final time into the gentle rain.
