"Come on Ryoga!" yelled Smirk. She and Kaerith were far ahead of him. "The fireworks have started already!" She and Kaerith hurried back to their seats, each holding a stick with a barbecued piece of meat on them.

Ryoga, unfortunately, was left carrying two fried roc's legs, six cream pies, and three caramel apples.

He sighed. "I never knew girls could eat so much."

Ryoga finally made it back to his seat as the fireworks show came to a close. Smirk and Kaerith took one of the roc legs and began to hungrily devour it. Gohan, Min, Charjer, and Kechara shared the other leg. Ryoga ate one of the pies and handed the caramel apples to Smirk and Kaerith.

"Ah, good," said Ryoga. "They're about to begin."
