"It's a large cavern," said Sven. "How does something like this go unnoticed for so long?"

"I bet the people didn't want to investigate," Min speculated.

Kechara then stepped on something that made a distinct crunch sound. She looked down to see that she stepped on a skull.

"Maybe they did, but never got a chance to get back to tell anyone," she said.

Charjer knelt down to observe the skull, noticing that there were a few darkened areas on it.

"Judging from this skull, it still looks fresh," he observed. "I'd estimate that it's been here for about two days."

Sven was sweating profusely. The heat was getting to him.

"C'mon guys, let's hurry this up," he said. "It's heating up even more here."

Ryoga walked over to where Sven was standing and noticed that it was indeed hotter in that area than where he previously was. An opening lay before him. He tread quietly over to the opening and peeked around the corner. What he saw surprised him. He pulled back so he could report what he saw to everyone.

"It's Tiamat," he said. "It seems to be asleep." Everyone nodded. "That's not all."

"What is it?" asked Smirk. "Is there something else that we should know about?"

"Gohan is down there."
